Homeowner Reports · The Exchange
Share what you wish you'd known earlier.
Your real experiences — what broke, what it cost, the quote that confused you, the call to repair or replace — become the lessons other homeowners get to learn the easy way. Reports are displayed anonymously and used only in aggregate.

Why homeowner reports matter
One repair is a story. Hundreds of reports are a pattern — which systems tend to fail when, which maintenance habits actually pay off, and where homeowners get surprised. The more people share, the more useful the picture becomes for everyone.
Submissions may be reviewed before publishing, so the exchange stays clear, helpful, and respectful. Anything featured runs anonymously and only ever in aggregated form.
